A government-owned research institute based in the London area has developed the capability for single molecule fluorescence imaging; a powerful technique for analysing the details of the function and mechanism of biological molecules. The research group is currently exploring applications to biosensors and nanomedicine. The group is looking for industrial and academic partners interested in utilising this technology.
