A Spanish inventor has developed a new system for rescue operations in open sea. It consists of a dummy with characteristics similar to a human body and that has incorporated a location system of GPS type resistant to prejudicial effects of the water, large waves and the elements. Thanks to this device the location of man overboard is more precise and can be done in a very short period of time. The inventor is looking for industrial partners interested in signing a license agreement.
