A Slovak research institute has developed a new technology of directional solidification for preparing special materials. The technology is developed for processing of single crystals from pure metals and alloys (including super alloys), fibre or lamellar eutectic composites, inter-metallic alloys and superconductors. The producer offers supply advisory services at the customers application site.
