An institute of a German university of applied sciences developed a technology that automatically gets optimum illumination colours for a photograph by receiving exact measurements from the photographed scene via polarised reflections. This marks a significant improvement for digital professional and amateur photography. Applications are in digital camera manufacturing and image processing software. Licensees are sought in these areas.
