A new and innovative system of monitoring-control of the boats flow entering/leaving the port, actually installed in Port Olimpic Barcelona, Spain.
This system informs the port/owners on services and movement of the boats (by warning/SMS).
OPEN EYES use a new wireless technology in the UHF band transponders designed by the proposer: boats fitted with transponders are identified in unique way, up to 1 mile from the entrance of the port, automatically and without necessity to activate any device
