An independent Greek electrical engineering researcher has developed a real-time service system and method for deployment in scalable multi-service packet switching networks. Unified quantitative guarantees on per-hop deterministic packet-level quality of service (QoS) and per-hop bandwidth efficiency are provided. The inventor is looking for industrial parties interested in further commercialization.
