A research group of an Italian University, has developed a new method to measure the circular dichroism exploiting a diffraction grating with proper polarisation properties. The method allows to evaluate circular dichroism of any system measuring only the intensities of the first order diffracted beams, just locating the grating after the investigated system. The group is looking for partners for joint further development and licence agreement in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, toxicological sectors.
