A Flemish university has developed a new test methodology for characterizing the dynamic behaviour of tires. Accuracy and efficiency of the approach lead to shorter vehicle development time and a better noise, vibration and durability performance. Reliable prediction of the tire's dynamic behavior is required to assess and optimize vehicle performance. The research group is looking for automotive partners to industrially benchmark the technology in vehicle development and optimization process.
