An R&D organisation from Nizhni Novgorod developed a technology for producing polyurethane foam heat insulation with a reduced fire risk (flammability class C). The material can be used in civil and industrial engineering, in heat insulation of industrial refrigerating plants. The authors are interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance (technology lines engineering, startup, staff training) and joint ventures.
