A Romanian engineer has developed a method and device for automatic adjustment of distribution phases in internal combustion engines provided with piston, and also a device for applying this new method. The main advantage is the increasing of the overall engine performance. The inventor is looking for license agreement, technical cooperation and commercial agreement with technical assistance.
