A South-East England-based design engineer wishes to offer a license to exploit commercially the IPR for a non-invasive medical diagnostic instrument for use by vascular consultants, GPs, paramedics and hospital nursing staff to aid in the detection of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and ischaemia in the lower limbs of patients.
