The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission developed an automatic clean-up system for the analysis and purification of liquid samples. The entire procedure is automatic and it can be easily implemented, programmed and adapted to new methodologies. By special mechanisms it allows the control of the solvent flow and removes humidity and artefacts. The system is available for demonstration and the organisation seeks partners interested in licensing in the technology.
