A Polish company has developed a method of tests for gradient optical elements obtained in phosphate and silica glasses originated from small laboratory smelts and glasses produced in industry. Thanks to this method it is possible to obtain gradient index of lenses with flat surfaces, selfoc type lenses and elements with linear distribution of refractive index. The company is looking for technical cooperation and commercial agreement with technical assistance.
