A Turkish coatings company has developed a super hydrophobic coating that when applied to the inner surface, increases the pump efficiency by 4-8 % in new pumps and up to 40 % in the worn off pumps. This coating can be applied simply by brush due to its self-levelling ability and protects the coated material infinitely as long as the necessary maintenance is performed. The company is looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance, technical cooperation and joint venture agreements.
