Polish university developed a technology of obtaining antioxidant peptide preparation from egg white hydrolysate,especially hen egg white hydrolysate. The advantage of this method lies in the use of side products in the form of a precipitate containing main albumin and conalbumin in different quantities,produced in the process of isolation of lysozyme and cystatin from hen egg white. The invention may be applied in food and cosmetic industries. Implementaion of the licensed technology is sougt.
