A small Russian enterprise (Moscow region) developed a facility for pulsed microwave sterilization of food and other materials. The offered sterilization technology actually avoids heating. The processing time is reduced by 10 times, energy consumption - by 100 times, no steam is required, no great water consumption, as compared with conventional microwave technologies. The company seeks partners for a technical cooperation.
