Abstract
A Spanish university has developed a synthetic methodology to obtain several derivatives of oxoisoaporphine that can be used as an antimalarial and antidepressive agents. In the case of malaria, the compounds are effective already in the first step of the disease (hepatic systems or liver) and can be used as a prevention. These compounds doesn't have secondary effects and they are easy to manipulate. The university is looking for companies interested in signing a license agreement.
