A Scottish Research Institute seeks partners to test their compound specific stable isotope analysis for traceability and authenticity testing of premium foods, drinks and ingredients. Organisations/ companies responsible for verifying food authenticity and/or origin, or for enforcing legislation on food standards or labelling are sought for technical co-development or commercial partnership.
