Abstract
Italian chemistry university laboratory developed a methodology to obtain a polyphenol-enriched fraction from various agrofood byproducts. The fraction is obtained employing Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) solvents. It has a higher antioxidative activity than the crude extract. The antioxidative activity is concentrated in a small percentage of the crude extract weight. Industrial cooperation partnership searched to implement it. The university seeks technical cooperation.
