An Italian inventor has designed and patented a transparent noise insulating panel for use along roadways or in other locations where a sound barrier is needed. The panels can include illumination (for safety or traffic messages, or for advertising). The designer seeks partners to manufacture and commercialize the panels, through a licensing agreement.
