A Spanish engineer has developed a propulsion system that can be incorporated in any automobile already running turning it into an electrical or hybrid car. The electrical system must be used on an urban route in traffic jams and at low speed only. Any of the two tractions or both can be used simultaneously. It is not necessary to change any of the original design pieces. The inventor is seeking industrial partners or technological companies for technical cooperation or commercial agreement.
