A research team from Russia (Tomsk) developed a software for human head movement detection by analysing the images extracted from a web-camera video flow. The software can detect the motion activity of a head, eyes, and evaluate a persons emotional state, providing their quantitative characteristics. The researchers are looking for partners for joint further development and commercialization of the technology.
