A Hungarian SME is developing technology for the exploitation of liquid hazardous waste which contains paraffin and its derivatives. Volatile organic compounds (methanol, ethanol, acetone, etc.) can be recovered from the waste, reducing the quantity of hazardous waste. The materials recovered can be sold one by one. The technology is good for sewage treatment, waste, chemical companies. The company is looking for an industrial or service partner to develop and to produce sorbent material.
