A multi-national electronics company with a base in Scotland (UK) is seeking co-development and manufacturing agreements based on its expertise in the design and manufacture of silicon and non-silicon wafers. Expertise includes mixed signal and digital CMOS, NVM, Bipolar, SOS, SOI,NMOS FET sensors and SiC (Silicon carbide). New developments include the hyper-integration of III-Vs on silicon and a high temperature SiC IC process.
