A researchers group from the biggest university in West Pomeranian region of Poland is offering innovative solution for salting herring fillets which improves their taste and texture, as well as shelf life time of the final product. The team is looking for academic or industrial partners for technical co-operation (further development of technology), license agreement and/or manufacturing agreement.
