A Catalan research group based in Tarragona (Spain), has developed a linear electric motor which performance is based on the magnetic reluctance phenomenon. This type of motor is a robust less heat sensitive device with a more simple manufacture process. It is especially suitable for those processes in which temperature conditions might be of great influence. The company is looking for technical cooperation and support with option of license agreement.
