Hot beverages are often consumed in combination with milk. Milk is very sensitive to microbiological spoilage, and has very limited shelf life after opening. Technology to extend this shelf life significantly is sought by a Dutch based company. The company is interested in contacts with industries or universities with knowledge on food preservation technologies and/or microbiology.
