A Catalan Technological Research Centre and a Catalan company specialized in the research and development of speech synthesis for computer applications (Spain) have jointly developed a bilingual text-to-speech Spanish/Catalan model and voice. They are looking for a partner to develop a monolingual advanced Text-to-Speech French Voice Synthesis Technology that offer both character and emotional capabilities in a voice.
