A Polish company acting in confectionary industry is looking for a food additive with determined functional properties to be applied in chocolate with nut mass production. The aim of using the additive is to eliminate chocolate bloom often appearing after some time on a chocolate surface as a result of nut fat migration. The company is interested in commercial cooperation with technical assistance.
