A French technical centre has started a research project on rigor mortis of fish products: the main objective being to delay the rigor mortis occurence or extend it (for shelf-life extension of fresh fish products). That study includes different tests & analyses on several parameters. Companies, R&D entities, technical centres performing projects on the same topic are sought for technical cooperation, experiences & practices exchange and bibliography sharing.
